Who is Zappie’s Cucina?

Zappie’s Cucina was created by Kathleen and Mike to bring authentic homemade Italian food to the Cody area. 

Kathleen spent many Sundays helping her Italian grandfather in the kitchen, where recipes were learned by memory, instinct, and love.

Mike grew up eating and cooking Italian food in New Jersey, with a special love for baked goods and desserts.

Together, they prepare the same food they would proudly serve to family and friends.

ZAPPIE’S CUCINA

Only the best ingredients!

Zappie's is dedicated to offering high quality, homemade Italian food at reasonable prices.

We source ingredients from small, local farmers in the Cody/Powell area who are committed to better farming practices and chemical/pesticide free produce and herbs.

Our beef and pork are sourced from local ranchers who do not use antibiotics or growth hormones.

When ingredients are not available locally, we buy organic whenever possible, including only the highest quality Italian and Sicilian extra virgin olive oils and flour, butter from grass fed cows, and tallow.

Our products never contain seed oils.
